The services tab is where you can set your business services. You can add as many services as you want, based on what your business offers. The categories tab is where you can set you services categories. We recommend that you create different categories to your services for a better experience when setting up your business.

Navigate to Tools > Team members > Add team member > insert your team member details such as First and Last name, email address and the role.

Your team member will be invited via email. As soon as they receive the invite they can click on the link and start creating a Kasha account and following the steps to be added to your team. 

Deleting a category removes it permanently along with any organisation it provides. Therefore, we recommend keeping the category saved unless it’s necessary to delete it. If you do delete it, don’t worry, you can always create a new category later to reorganise your items as needed.

A crew is what we like to call a department of your business. It is a team where you can set up the crew captain and all the crew members who reports to it. 

You can update your business contact information by clicking on your business name on the top right-hand side and then clicking “my profile”.

Yes you can. If you have multiple business, you click on the top right-hand side corner under your business name and then click “add a business”.

You can set up permissions for the Website Builder (studio), Booking and Invoicing modules. You can give your team members access to view, create, modify, cancel or delete. To give full access (even to the Money module) you must make them global admins.

For individual permissions go to Tools > Permissions > select the role that you wish to customise permissions and change what access you wish to give to your team members or what do you want to restrict.

To make the platform fit your brand, go to Tools > Brand Settings and then you should be able to change the brand name, logo and brand colours as well.

It is not possible to fully white label the platform with your business branding; however, you can define the colours that are closest to your branding and change the logo.

If you have contacted us via Live Chat, your previous tickets will be displayed on the “chat” window. If you have contacted us via email, all the tickets will be attached to the mail history.

Your submitted tickets can be viewed by you and the support team handling them. In some cases, other internal team members (like managers or admins) might also have access if they need to help out or oversee the issue. But don’t worry, access is limited to only those who need it to assist you.

Yes, file attachments are encrypted both during upload (in transit) and while they’re stored (at rest). This helps keep your information secure every step of the way.

The onboarding page is the first page you will see once you log on to the platform for the first time. You will be asked to follow the steps to complete your profile from 0% to 100%. 

The purpose of completing your profile is to unleash the full power of the Kasha all-in-one business super tool. Once you complete your profile you will be fully ready to manage your business and start exploring all the modules. Create and send invoices, send and request money, add your clients, book appointments, create your website and much more.

The onboarding process should take no more than a few minutes to complete. If you're having trouble completing it or have any questions, our support team is always ready to help via email at support@kasha.io or using the live chat function within the platform.

We strongly recommend that you complete the profile in one go. If you can't complete it in one go, you can always go back and finish it. 

No, you won't lose your progress, because the platform saves it automatically. When you have completed the Onboarding steps, the platform will save all the information you have entered. We only recommend that you manually save your changes before leaving the Studio module.

Yes, you can always edit your profile, make changes, update, and delete information. The platform is fully customisable so that you can set up your business your way.

When your dashboard is displayed at 100%, this means that you have already gone through all the modules of the platform and that they are ready to be used.

Once you're logged in, click on the Studio module. There you can create a site from scratch or use one of our templates; it's simple to use and build your site the way you want it. No coding skills are required to build your website using Kasha.

There is limit to the number of team members that can be added to your company, based on the subscription plan you choose.

All your client list will be displayed on the main page of the Client module.

If you select the B2C option, you will need to provide first and last name, email and phone number.
If you select B2B option, you will need the business name instead of the name along with email and phone number.

No, your clients don’t need to be verified on Kasha system.

The processing time for a bank transfer usually depends on the bank and the type of transfer. In general, it can take 1–3 business days for the funds to show up in the recipient’s account. Some transfers might be quicker, especially if it’s between accounts at the same bank.

Currently you can use your Kasha account balance, bank transfer or card payment.

Funding is done via bank transfer. Simply send money from your bank to the account details shown in your Kasha money dashboard. Please make sure to include the reference provided.

KYC stands for "Know Your Customer." It's a quick identity verification and anti-money laundering process that helps us keep your account secure and compliant with financial regulations. During the KYC check, we’ll ask you to share some basic information and upload a valid governmental ID, like a passport or driver’s license. This helps us confirm it's really you and protect against fraud or misuse. We’ve made the process as simple and secure as possible, and your information is always kept private.

No it’s not, however, if you wish to unlock Kasha’s financial features, you need to undergo KYC check. 

The KYC verification process should not take longer than a few minutes to go through the whole KYC process.

To get the best out of the Kasha super tool, we highly recommend that complete the onboarding check list during your first visit to the site, however the check list can be reviewed and revisited later.

Yes, as part of our KYC process, a selfie and a short video verification is required to confirm your identity. This helps us keep your account secure and comply with regulatory requirements.
