Kasha Modules
How fast can I form a company?
Most people set up Kasha and submit their LTD in just 15–30 minutes. Company formation is commission-free - you only pay the official government filing fee, nothing extra from us.
What information do I need to register my company?
To register your company, you will need company name, address (UK address), director’s name, date of birth, nationality, occupation and address.
Do I need a registered office address, or can I use my home address?
To register your company, you don’t need to necessarily have your own registered office address, as Kasha can provide you with a virtual address by paying a fee. You can also use your home address, but please note that this will become public information.
Do I need to inform HMRC after registering my company?
No, you do not as Companies House will automatically inform HMRC once your company is registered.
What is the difference between an invoice, quote and proforma?
An invoice is a formal request for
payment. It’s issued after goods or services have been provided (or are about
to be, depending on the agreement). It includes the amount due, due date, and
payment methods.
A quote (or quotation) is a document a seller provides to a potential
buyer, showing the estimated price for goods or services before a sale takes
place. It’s not a bill—just a price offer, often with an expiration date.
A proforma invoice is like a quote but formatted like
an invoice. It outlines the intended sale details (like prices, quantities, and
terms), usually sent before delivering goods or services. It’s not a final
bill, but it helps with customs, pre-approvals, or internal processing.
Where do I find my past invoices?
All your invoices will be displayed under the Invoice main page, whether they are sent, draft, pending or expired documents.
How do I change the status from ‘sent’ to ‘paid’?
On the main invoice page, you must locate the relevant invoice/quote or proforma and then click on the ‘status’ drop-down menu to change the status from sent to paid and vice versa.
We don’t expect you to figure it out. We help you win from day one.
